Shipping Policy

I use royal mail for all UK Deliveries and Parcel force for International.  All purchases will be posted within 24 hours and delivered within 3-7 days.

All Postage within the UK is £3.50.

International £8.50

All parcels are tracked and I will send you the tracking link as soon as your item is posted.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase or are dissatisfied just send the product (unused) back to me and i will issue a full refund.

If you loose an earring or break an item let me know and it is likely i will be able to fix it or ,make a replacement.  just get in touch.

Delivery

I will post all orders within 24 hours given working hours of the post office.  Delivery will then take between 3 and 7 days. I use Royal Mail for delivery.  Earrings and stacker bangles are classified as large letter and everything else is small parcel.

Bespoke

if you have a design idea you would like see come to life or a request for a special occassion, such as a wedding, or special person please do get in touch and I would be delighted to assist.

If you break or loose an earring let me know and i will fix or replace it.

Workshops

If you would like to not only design your own seaglass jewelry but come and have a go at making it i do jewelry making workshops so just get in touch.  learn a range of techniques and create something special and unique.
